Diana Preston is a registered nurse and the Chief Executive Officer of CMS. Diana’s role puts her in a unique position to help provide temporary healthcare staffing solutions to healthcare organizations in need and lead an organization that is centered around caring. She consistently expands her knowledge, education and skills as a nurse, and as a business owner to allow her to provide top notch service to both her patients and her clients. Diana’s experience working in various roles within the healthcare industry, from CNA, HHA, Phlebotomist, LPN to RN, has provided her with a unique perspective on the needs of both patients, healthcare professionals and organizations. In addition, this knowledge helps her make informed decisions about the types of staffing solutions that would work best for a particular healthcare organization.
Diana's dedication to lifelong learning and professional development is an admirable trait and is essential in the healthcare industry, where new advancements and changes are constantly emerging. Her ongoing education, including obtaining a bachelor's degree in nursing and pursuing a master's degree in nursing with a focus on leadership and management, demonstrates her commitment to advancing her skills and knowledge in order to provide the best possible care for her patients and be an effective leader for her colleagues. As the CEO of CMS, Diana is responsible for overseeing the operations of the agency and ensuring that it is in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
