Caring Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated CNA Instructor to join our growing healthcare education team. We are currently expanding our Certified Nursing Assistant training program and are hiring instructors for both day and evening cohorts.

• Provide classroom, laboratory, and or clinical instruction to CNA students
• Prepare students for successful completion of the Nurse Aide competency exam
• Support and mentor students throughout the training program
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts CNA training regulations and program standards
• Assist with student evaluations, attendance, and clinical documentation

• Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing
• Minimum nursing experience as required by state regulations
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Teaching or training experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship skills
