CNA Training Program at Caring Medical Staffing

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) are always in demand. Being a CNA is one of the fastest and most rewarding ways to enter the field. As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in patient care—assisting with daily living activities, maintaining hygiene, supporting nurses and doctors, and helping with documentation. CNAs are essential members of the healthcare team and can work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, home health care, assisted living communities, and schools.

At Caring Medical Staffing, LLC, we offer a comprehensive 140-hour Nurse Aide Training Program that is RN-led. Our experienced Registered Nurses provide personalized instruction, mentorship, and guidance, ensuring each student receives the attention needed to succeed. Our program combines classroom instruction, hands-on lab practice, and real-world clinical experience, giving students the confidence and skills to excel in any healthcare environment.

Students in our program also receive American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and BLS certification, a home health aid certificate and a dementia training certificate. We emphasize career readiness and professional development so graduates are fully prepared to enter the workforce. Small class sizes ensure individualized instruction and mentorship throughout the program.

We have built strong connections throughout the community with local hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, and schools, giving our students meaningful placement opportunities after completing their training. As a healthcare staffing agency, we function as a direct training-to-employment pipeline. Upon completing the program, students are eligible to take the Massachusetts State Competency Exam, paving the way to become a Certified Nursing Assistant and begin a fulfilling career caring for others.
