Start Your Healthcare Career with Caring Medical Staffing, LLC
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are in high demand and offer one of the fastest and most rewarding pathways into the healthcare field. As a CNA, you will play an essential role in patient care—assisting with activities of daily living, promoting patient comfort and safety, supporting nurses and healthcare providers, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients every day.
At Caring Medical Staffing, LLC, we offer RN-led CNA/Nurse Aide Training Programs designed to prepare students for certification, employment, and success in the healthcare workforce.
Our experienced Registered Nurses provide personalized instruction, hands-on skills training, clinical experiences, mentorship, and comprehensive preparation designed to build confidence and competency.
We understand that every student has different responsibilities and scheduling needs. That is why Caring Medical Staffing now offers two CNA training options: a comprehensive daytime program and a flexible evening hybrid program.
140 Hours | RN-Led | 7 Weeks
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–2:30 PM
Our 140-hour daytime CNA program is our comprehensive training option and is designed for students seeking not only CNA certification preparation, but also additional support transitioning into the healthcare workforce.
In addition to classroom instruction, hands-on skills training, and clinical experience, the daytime program includes job readiness and career development to help students prepare for employment after completing their training.
Students participate in career-focused activities such as professional development, workplace preparation, employment readiness, and guidance designed to help them confidently enter the healthcare workforce.
115 Hours | RN-Led | 5 Weeks
Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–8:30 PM
Our 115-hour Evening Hybrid CNA Program provides a flexible option for individuals who work during the day, have family responsibilities, or need an alternative to a traditional daytime training schedule.
The hybrid format combines online learning with required in-person instruction, hands-on skills training, and clinical experiences.
The evening hybrid program includes the core CNA training and certifications offered through our program, including:
Please note: The Evening Hybrid Program does not include the daytime program's dedicated job readiness and career development component.
Regardless of which training option you choose, our CNA programs are designed to provide students with comprehensive instruction and hands-on preparation.
