Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)are always in demand and offer one of the fastest and most rewarding pathways into healthcare. As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in patient care—assisting with activities of daily living, supporting patient comfort and safety, collaborating with nurses and providers, and making a meaningful impact every day.


At Caring Medical Staffing, LLC, we offer a comprehensive 140-hour RN-led Nurse Aide Training Program designed to prepare students for certification and career success. Our experienced Registered Nurses provide personalized instruction, mentorship, hands-on skills training, and real-world clinical experiences that build confidence and competency.

Students also receive:

  • American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and BLS Certification
  • Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
  • Dementia Training Certificate
  • Career readiness and professional development support

Our small class sizes promote individualized learning and mentorship throughout the program.


Program Outcomes Matter. Our most recent graduating cohort achieved a 100% pass rate on the Massachusetts State Competency Exam, demonstrating our commitment to student preparation and success.*


We have built strong partnerships with local hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, and schools to support workforce development and employment opportunities. As a healthcare staffing agency, we serve as a direct training-to-employment pipeline, helping students transition from education into meaningful healthcare careers.


Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are eligible to sit for the Massachusetts State Competency Exam and begin a fulfilling and in-demand healthcare career.

Eligible students may qualify for educational support services and funding assistance through our community partners, including:

Monday - Thursday 9:00AM-2:30PM

Fall: September 8, 2026 - October 22, 2026

Winter 1: November 2, 2026 - December 21, 2026

Winter 2: February 8, 2027 - March 25, 2027

Required Documents

Identification

Identification (bring one of the following):

  • Valid U.S. ID
    OR
  • Passport

Health Requirements

Physical Exam/Vaccinations

  • Proof of physical exam with no work restrictions
  • COVID-19 vaccine dose(s)
  • Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (TDaP) – within the past 10 years
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) – 2-dose series or titer showing immunity
  • Hepatitis B – 3-dose series (or 2-dose HEPLISAV-B) or titer showing immunity
  • Varicella (Chickenpox) – 2-dose series or titer showing immunity
  • Tuberculosis Screening - Results must be dated within 6 months of course start. Two options:
  •  Option A: Quantiferon-TB Gold Plus or T-SPOT blood test (Recommended for BCG-vaccinated individuals)
  •  Option B: Two Tuberculin Skin Tests ☐ First PPD is planted and read 48-72 hours later AND then ☐ A 2nd PPD is planted 7-21 days after the 1st and read in 48-72 hours (to rule out a false negative) 

Screened positive for tuberculosis? Submit a chest x-ray


Failure to COMPLETE AND SUBMIT 100% of the medical requirements prior to the start of class will result in un-enrollment from the course.
