CNA Training Program at Caring Medical Staffing

Launch Your Healthcare Career with Caring Medical Staffing

Start Your Healthcare Career with Caring Medical Staffing, LLC

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are in high demand and offer one of the fastest and most rewarding pathways into the healthcare field. As a CNA, you will play an essential role in patient care—assisting with activities of daily living, promoting patient comfort and safety, supporting nurses and healthcare providers, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients every day.

At Caring Medical Staffing, LLC, we offer RN-led CNA/Nurse Aide Training Programs designed to prepare students for certification, employment, and success in the healthcare workforce.

Our experienced Registered Nurses provide personalized instruction, hands-on skills training, clinical experiences, mentorship, and comprehensive preparation designed to build confidence and competency.

Two CNA Training Options Designed for Your Schedule

We understand that every student has different responsibilities and scheduling needs. That is why Caring Medical Staffing now offers two CNA training options: a comprehensive daytime program and a flexible evening hybrid program.

☀️ Comprehensive Daytime CNA Program

140 Hours | RN-Led | 7 Weeks

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–2:30 PM

Our 140-hour daytime CNA program is our comprehensive training option and is designed for students seeking not only CNA certification preparation, but also additional support transitioning into the healthcare workforce.

In addition to classroom instruction, hands-on skills training, and clinical experience, the daytime program includes job readiness and career development to help students prepare for employment after completing their training.

Students participate in career-focused activities such as professional development, workplace preparation, employment readiness, and guidance designed to help them confidently enter the healthcare workforce.

🌙 Evening Hybrid CNA Program

115 Hours | RN-Led | 5 Weeks

Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–8:30 PM

Our 115-hour Evening Hybrid CNA Program provides a flexible option for individuals who work during the day, have family responsibilities, or need an alternative to a traditional daytime training schedule.

The hybrid format combines online learning with required in-person instruction, hands-on skills training, and clinical experiences.

The evening hybrid program includes the core CNA training and certifications offered through our program, including:

  • RN-led CNA/Nurse Aide instruction
  • Hands-on skills training
  • Clinical experience
  • American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and BLS Certification
  • Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
  • Dementia Training Certificate
  • Preparation for the Massachusetts State Competency Examination

Please note: The Evening Hybrid Program does not include the daytime program's dedicated job readiness and career development component.

What Students Receive

Regardless of which training option you choose, our CNA programs are designed to provide students with comprehensive instruction and hands-on preparation.

Students receive:

  • RN-led Nurse Aide/CNA instruction
  • Classroom and/or hybrid learning
  • Hands-on skills laboratory training
  • Real-world clinical experience
  • American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and BLS Certification
  • Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
  • Dementia Training Certificate
  • Preparation for the Massachusetts State Competency Examination
  • Small class sizes
  • Individualized instruction and mentorship

Our goal is to ensure students leave our program with more than a certificate. We want our graduates to have the knowledge, practical skills, confidence, and professionalism needed to provide safe and compassionate patient care.

🎓 Proven Student Success

100% Pass Rate Maintained

Program outcomes matter.

Caring Medical Staffing, LLC proudly maintains a 100% pass rate on the Massachusetts State Competency Examination across our first two graduating cohorts.

This achievement reflects our commitment to quality instruction, hands-on skills training, clinical preparation, individualized support, and thorough preparation for the state examination.

We don't just prepare students to complete a CNA program. We prepare them to succeed.

💼 Daytime Program: Job Readiness & Career Development

Our 140-hour daytime program goes beyond CNA education by incorporating job readiness and career development into the student experience.

Students receive additional support with:

  • Career exploration
  • Resume preparation
  • Interview preparation
  • Professional communication
  • Workplace expectations
  • Professionalism and healthcare etiquette
  • Employment preparation
  • Career development
  • Connecting training to healthcare employment opportunities

As a healthcare staffing agency, Caring Medical Staffing, LLC understands both sides of the workforce equation—what students need to become successful healthcare professionals and what healthcare employers are looking for in qualified candidates.

Our goal is to help create a pathway from training → certification → employment → career growth.
