At the heart of Caring Medical Staffing, LLC is Diana Preston, a Registered Nurse (RN) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) whose deep-rooted passion for healthcare and unwavering commitment to excellence drive the organization’s mission and impact. Diana brings a well-rounded and deeply informed perspective to her leadership, having built her career from the ground up. Her clinical journey spans multiple roles, including Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Phlebotomist, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and now Registered Nurse (RN). This diverse experience allows her to understand firsthand the challenges, needs, and opportunities that exist across every level of the healthcare workforce.
Diana’s leadership is grounded in lifelong learning, professional growth, and a strong dedication to serving both healthcare professionals and the communities they support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Leadership and Management. Her academic and professional journey reflects her commitment to not only advancing her own expertise but also creating pathways for others to succeed in healthcare.
In addition to her clinical and executive roles, Diana is a certified American Red Cross CPR Instructor, providing lifesaving training to individuals, organizations, and community groups throughout Massachusetts. She is also a Notary Public, further extending her role as a trusted and accessible resource within the community. Through these roles, Diana continues to expand the reach and impact of Caring Medical Staffing beyond traditional services, reinforcing her mission to educate, empower, and serve.

D’Anthony Lorenzo serves as the CNA Program Director at Caring Medical Staffing, LLC, where he leads the development and launch of the organization’s Nurse Aide Training Program. With a strong passion for patient care and workforce development, D’Anthony plays a key role in preparing the next generation of compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals.
D’Anthony began his career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has been providing hands-on care for over two years. He continues to work actively in the field, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and maintaining a deep connection to the everyday realities of the profession. His real-world experience allows him to bring practical insight, mentorship, and authenticity into the classroom.
In addition to his clinical work, D’Anthony is an American Red Cross CPR Instructor, leading CPR and lifesaving skills training for both individuals and organizations across Massachusetts. His commitment to education and safety extends beyond the classroom, helping to build stronger, more prepared communities.
Currently, D’Anthony is pursuing a career in nursing, further advancing his knowledge and dedication to the healthcare field. His long-term goal is to continue growing as a healthcare professional while mentoring and inspiring others to succeed in their own careers.
As CNA Program Director, D’Anthony is passionate about creating a supportive learning environment that emphasizes skill, confidence, and compassion. He is proud to be part of Caring Medical Staffing’s mission to expand access to quality training, strengthen the healthcare workforce, and make a lasting impact in the community.
